3. Offline Functionality

Our app respects your connectivity. Active internet connection is NOT mandatory for the core functionality of the app. You can use Sketch Overlay Drawing entirely offline by using your local images or pre-downloaded templates.

To provide an extensive library of drawing references, our app integrates with several image repository APIs, including Pixabay, Unsplash, and Pexels. When you use the search feature:

• Your search queries are sent to these providers to retrieve relevant images.
• No personal identification or device information is shared with these services during these requests.
• Content Safety: All search results are passed through strict filters to ensure they are safe and appropriate for all ages.
• Usage of images from these providers is subject to their respective terms: Pixabay, Unsplash, and Pexels.

5. No Data Sale or Sharing

We strictly do not sell, rent, or share any information about our users with third parties. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to be shared or sold.
